Sinopec Oilfield Service and JJC Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement
On May 12, Sinopec Oilfield Service Corporation (Sinopec Oilfield Service) and Beijing JJC Technology Co., Ltd. (JJC) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing, marking a new chapter in their partnership. Zhang Jiankuo, Director and General Manager of Sinopec Oilfield Service, and Li Xuejun, Chairman of JJC, were among the key attendees who witnessed this milestone event. Representatives from both parties signed the agreement and shared their strategic outlooks.
Zhang Jiankuo presided over the meeting and briefly introduced the background and agenda of the signing ceremony. In his remarks, Zhang spoke highly of JJC’s R&D capabilities and technological achievements, praising the company’s high-quality, innovative team. He noted that JJC’s impressive accomplishments reflect strong technical strength and provide a solid foundation for cooperation. Zhang emphasized that the newly signed strategic cooperation agreement represents a fresh opportunity for win-win development. Li Xuejun highlighted JJC’s technological strengths and innovations while expressing gratitude for Sinopec Oilfield Service’s consistent support. He noted that the agreement offers JJC a broad and stable platform for future growth. JJC will leverage its innovative capabilities to deepen cooperation with Sinopec Oilfield Service, jointly promote the intelligent transformation of drilling and well-servicing equipment, and expand applications in both domestic and international markets. The two parties will also co-develop tools and equipment for complex formations, work together to build globally recognized Chinese brands, and form a world-class drilling fleet, contributing to industry upgrades and national energy security.
Witnessed by attending guests, Cheng Zhongyi, Chief Accountant and Chief Legal Counsel of Sinopec Oilfield Service, and Liang Xiaobing, President of JJC, formally signed the strategic cooperation agreement as official representatives. The signing marks a new starting point for both companies to jointly advance high-quality development in the oil and petrochemical industry and contribute technological strength to national energy security.
