The construction of the first tight oil fracturing platform in Shunqing Oilfield has been successfully completed

On December 31, 2024, with the instruction to stop 21 fracturing trucks, the Nanchong 002-S platform, which was renovated by the Fracturing and Acidizing Team 3 of Chuanqing Downhole Operation Company, was successfully completed, marking the successful completion of the first tight oil fracturing platform in Shunqing Oilfield, Southwest Oil and Gas Field.

As the first tight oil fracturing platform in Shunqing Oilfield, Nanchong 002-S platform has been optimized through geological engineering integration simulation. It adopts the "multi cluster+continuous sand addition" multi fracture fracturing technology and implements a total of 46 sections of fracturing transformation, including 28 sections of Well 1 and 18 sections of Well 2. Multiple artificial fractures are formed in the sections, and the contact area between the wellbore and the reservoir is increased, striving to fully transform and achieve the ideal transformation effect.

After receiving the fracturing construction task, Chuanqing Underground Fracturing and Acidizing Company immediately organized its backbone forces, carefully planned and implemented it, formulated detailed measures and plans, and meticulously formulated various emergency plans. Strengthen personnel allocation to cope with the 24-hour continuous fracturing operation mode, continuously optimize construction technology, strictly control safety production and construction quality, and complete the pre pressure preparation of two wells on the platform in only 7 days, and complete the transformation construction of two wells on the platform in 12 days. The cumulative injection volume is 98105 cubic meters, and 13522 tons of proppant are injected, with an average efficiency of 3.68 stages/day. Among them, 6 stages of fracturing construction were completed in a single day on December 24th. During the construction process, 40/70 mesh trace sand was injected in an orderly manner to closely track the oil and gas in each production layer, providing reliable data for subsequent drainage and extraction. For the first time, infiltration and oil displacement agents were used to reduce the surface tension of oil and gas, achieving better transformation goals.

The Nanchong 002-S fracturing platform has successfully concluded, setting an engineering benchmark for the tight oil fracturing platform in Shunqing Oilfield and providing strong support for the rapid and cost-effective development of tight oil.
