At the 12th China Technology Market Association Golden Bridge Award Commendation and Reward Conference held recently, the National Key Laboratory of Coal and Coalbed Methane Joint Mining led the application for the "Key Technology and Demonstration of Ground Extraction of Coalbed Methane in Coal Mining Areas" and won the second prize of the Golden Bridge Award Project Award.

The China Technology Market Association is the highest award in the national technology market field, established in 2002 with the authorization of the National Science and Technology Awards Office. It is evaluated every two years to recognize and reward advanced collectives, individuals, and excellent technology transfer projects that have emerged in the construction of the technology market, the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the promotion of scientific and technological progress through technical services, and the industrialization of high-tech. This selection activity has selected 383 project awards, 81 collective awards, and 239 individual awards nationwide.

The National Key Laboratory of Coal and Coalbed Methane Co mining relies on the construction of Jinneng Holdings Group Co., Ltd. and Huaxin Gas Group Co., Ltd., based on China's new energy security strategy, closely focusing on the major deployment of the "clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient" energy new system, conducting basic research and key core technology breakthroughs on the theory and methods of coal and coalbed methane co mining, extraction technology and equipment, safe gathering and transportation, and cascade utilization.
