On November 3rd, the integrated service of petrochemical machinery drill bits and drilling tools was launched in Tarim Oilfield, achieving the goal of a cumulative footage of 30000 meters this year. This is also the first time that a single drilling rig or drilling team in Tarim Oilfield has achieved the annual cumulative footage of 30000 meters, marking the efficient assistance of integrated services in speeding up ultra deep well drilling and entering the "fast lane".

PetroChina Tarim Oilfield is located in the Tarim Basin, which is one of the basins with the greatest potential for increasing oil and gas reserves and production on land in China. The burial depth of oil and gas is mainly concentrated below 6000 meters, and oil and gas drilling generally faces extremely harsh well conditions such as ultra deep, ultra-high temperature, ultra-high pressure, and high sulfur content. When drilling in complex formations up to seven or eight thousand meters or even tens of thousands of meters deep, the engineering difficulty increases exponentially.

Drilling 30000 meters in ultra deep layers means drilling four to five rounds of ultra deep wells per year, equivalent to drilling through 3.5 Mount Everest peaks.

After drilling 9000 meters underground, the well temperature continued to rise, reaching as high as 200 ℃ at its highest point.

In order to ensure the long-term use of drill bits and tools under high temperature conditions, Petrochemical Machinery Jiangzuan Company successfully increased the temperature resistance of rubber from 190 ℃ to 215 ℃ through experimental screening of simulated working conditions. This not only made the hardness and temperature resistance of rubber reach the international advanced level, but also overcame the "bottleneck" technology and broke the foreign monopoly.

Petrochemical Machinery Jiangzuan Company has solved the problem of high temperature and developed domestically produced high-end diamond composite sheets to penetrate tens of thousands of meters underground. They have equipped diamond drill bits with hard "teeth", achieving "deep drilling" and "fast drilling" for ultra deep well exploration and development. They have also demonstrated their skills in the "Deep-1" project of Sinopec and are known as the "Meritorious Drill Bit that Crosses Thousands of Meters".

This year, Tarim Oilfield has launched a new round of drilling and completion speed and efficiency improvement revolution. Petrochemical Machinery Jiangzuan Company has fully connected with customers and provided integrated services for drill bits and drilling tools, including service solutions, product selection, and service guarantees. It meets the needs of high drilling pressure, high torque, high displacement, high pump pressure, and high speed drilling, and has broken the record for the highest daily footage in Tarim Oilfield for three consecutive times.

In March, successfully drilled a 10000 meter deep well into the Tarim Deep Field's Tako 1 well;

In May, multiple new records were set, and the daily footage of multiple well locations was broken, from kilometers per day to 1600 meters per day, and then to over 2000 meters per day, greatly shortening the construction period of the drilling team;

On September 12, the drilling footage of a well in the Tarim Basin was 2340 meters per day, which again broke the speed record.
