Huairou Laboratory in Xinjiang establishes oil and gas alliance

Recently, the National Key Laboratory Innovation Alliance in the field of oil and gas, led by the Huairou Laboratory Xinjiang Research Institute, was established. The alliance aims to further strengthen organized scientific research, jointly build interdisciplinary and collaborative collaborative innovation platforms and organizational systems, create innovative industrial chains, and support the high-quality development of the oil and gas industry.

China's shale oil well production reaches new high

According to the News and Newspaper Abstracts of the Voice of China, China National Radio and Television, Sinopec announced 20th that the peak daily oil production of a single well in the Shengli Jiyang Shale Oil National Demonstration Zone was 262.8 tons, setting a new record for the highest daily oil production of a single well in China, and the predicted resource volume is expected to reach 10.5 billion tons.


The first deep coal and rock gas CO2 fracturing in North China of Daqing Oilfield has been completed

Recently, the pre carbon dioxide fracturing of the first deep coal and rock gas horizontal well of PetroChina Coalbed Methane Company, Ji Shen 8-7 Ping 01 well, organized and implemented by the North China Project Department of the Underground Operations Branch, has been successfully completed.


Technology & Equipment       

Significant progress has been made in the exploration of a large shale gas block in Wuhan

The horizontal well drilling project of E'en Ye 2HF recently passed the expert acceptance organized by the Wuhan Geological Survey Center of the China Geological Survey and was rated as excellent.


China adds one million tons of large oil fields

On October 22nd, CNOOC announced that the development projects of Xijiang 30-2 Oilfield and Xijiang 30-1 Zone in the eastern part of the South China Sea were put into operation 65 days ahead of schedule. This is an oil field in the southern waters of China, with the highest newly built production capacity among the oil fields put into operation this year. The peak daily crude oil production exceeded 3600 tons, which is of great significance for improving China's high-quality energy supply capacity and accelerating the cultivation of new marine energy productivity.
