Yamei Energy, a Hong Kong stock company, recently announced that Xinjiang A-share listed company Xintai Natural Gas plans to join hands with Yamei Energy to set up a scientific research platform in Chengdu, which is mainly engaged in R&D business such as geological reserve technology, drilling technology, oil, natural gas and coalbed methane supervision and management facilities.

Xintai Natural Gas and Xinhe company will contribute 25.5 million yuan and 24.5 million yuan respectively, accounting for 51.0% and 49.0% of the total contribution of Dongcheng Xintai.
