Liaoyang Petrochemical set up an optimization team to continuously find the invalid heat tracing range and reduce the invalid output on the basis of shutting down the 8310m heat tracing pipeline. Professional technicians have formulated the temperature, room temperature and water supply temperature curves to ensure that the heating temperature is controlled within a reasonable range.

In order to reduce heat loss and improve steam supply quality, the optimization team continued to carry out special rectification of thermal insulation. A total of 5880m pipeline insulation was replaced in the first half of this year. Under the summer operation mode, close 210 steam traps operating in winter and shut down about 1500m steam pipeline. By strengthening patrol inspection, 4.1t/h steam is saved.
