Alberta’s Industrial Heartland is one of the fastest growing industrial regions in North American with over $25 billion in investment planned in the near future. Coupled with Western Canada’s world-scale shale gas deposits centered in the Montney and Duvernay regions and existing pipeline infrastructure, Alberta’s Industrial Heartland is primed for continued petrochemical development.

The Alberta Petrochemical Development Opportunities seminar will provide an overview related to all aspects of petrochemical development opportunities in Alberta's Industrial Heartland, covering resources development, feedstock availability, existing infrastructure, transportation and logistics and the legal framework for investing in Canada.

Alberta’s Industrial Heartland is Canada’s largest hydrocarbon processing center and is located in the Greater Edmonton Region. The Edmonton Region is the fifth largest metropolitan region in Canada.
