Key Innovation Points:
1. We have established the optimization criteria for volume recompression desserts in horizontal wells of ultra-low permeability reservoirs, and developed an optimization design method for large displacement volume recompression technology;
2. The innovation has formed an integrated technology of seepage field reconstruction and pressure drive with the core of "flow field reconstruction, volume fracturing, comprehensive energy replenishment, and collaborative seepage drive", greatly improving the degree of reserve utilization;
3. Innovative regional comprehensive energy replenishment technology has improved the stable production effect of low production wells;
4. The innovation has formed a 41/2 "retrievable+wellbore reconstruction+efficient volume fracturing technology, achieving a significant improvement in effectiveness and efficiency.
Main Application and Technical Principal:
Key technological breakthroughs have helped to reconstruct the permeability field of horizontal wells, and the integrated technology of fracturing and oil displacement has emerged from scratch. From the initial medium and low displacement dual seal single card conventional fracturing process, it has been upgraded to the large displacement dual seal single card volume fracturing process and wellbore reconstruction subdivision cutting volume fracturing process, significantly improving fracture control reserves and production increase effects.
Technology Application:
The Y284 industrial test has produced a total of 159 wells, with a daily oil production level of 130 ↑ 548 tons and an oil recovery rate of 0.26 ↑ 1.06%. The experimental area has accumulated an increase of 360000 tons of oil, and the first 200000 ton level transformation development mode demonstration zone of the joint-stock company has been built.
