Key Innovation Points:
(1) Reliable sealing: The use of steel wire mesh outside the rubber cartridge can prevent the nubbercartridge from convexing along the packer and the casing ring, which serves the purpose of protecting thesealing cartridge and can achieve reliable sealing.(2) $trong adaptability of temperature resistance and high pressure resistance: according to differentgeological conditions and well conditions, relying on the unit module formed by the product to solve theproblem of low anchoring force, and realize 0 displacement repeated sealing. It can be applied to thefracturing construction of oil and gas wells with a well temperature of 230°C and a construction staticpressure of 140Mpa.
(3) The first remote control: it has its own power and can realize remote control for the first time in Chinawith international lead ing performance indicators, and is widely used in major oilfields with stableperfomance.
Main Application and Technical Principal:
The completion packer is a special packer for fracturing under the upper pressure, which is mainly used toseal the upper layer section and protect the upper casing. The packer is composed ofa sealing mechanisman anchoring mechanism, a setting mechanism, and a power mechanism, through which the pressurebalance, backwashing, anchoring and sealing functions ofthe string can be realized. The design ofthedownward pressure insertion rotary hand-losing structure realizes the anchor connection and sealing, rotarytripping and re-insertion of the tubing and packer, and improves the tensile strength ofthe hand-losingsealing jo int mech anism: the misalignment mechanism made of its own patented technology improves themisalignment ability, and adopts a variety of set module designs to provide corresponding workingmethods, which effectively improves the temperature and pressure resistance.
Technology Application:
Currently, the products are in the application stage, and have been applied in more than 500 wells in Qinghai, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, North China, Liaohe and other regions. The high temperature and high pressure packer products (temperature resistance up to 230℃, pressure resistance 140MPa level) have also created the maximum depth of 7300m (Kun 1-1 well), the reservoir temperature of 235℃ (Alkali Exploration-1 well), and the maximum pressure of 124MPa (Hexa 101 well), and have gained high recognition from our customers.
