Rotary Steering Drilling Tool for Pilot Hole of Reverse Drilling Rig

 

Key Innovation Points:

1. The first domestically independently developed rotary guided drilling tool for guiding holes in reverse drilling rigs

2. Seamless docking with traditional reverse drilling rig loading and unloading tools on the well, without the need for equipment and tooling development

3. High degree of integration, achieving various grading functions of rotary guide within a single section length of 1620mm

4. The conductive structure at the end is convenient for operation on the well, and has the advantages of stable conductivity and smooth carrier communication


Main Application and Technical Principal: 

1. When the tool is working underground, the mud washes the mud generator turbine to rotate to provide AC power supply. After the AC power supply passes through the rectifier voltage stabilizing circuit, it is adjusted into a part of DC voltage stabilizing power supply and sent to the mud pulse generator, MWD and guide head.

2. The guide head sends adjustment instructions as needed through the control circuit to control the action of the actuator. The three-way actuator acts on the wellbore in the form of vector synthesis, outputting a pushing force. Through the reaction force of the wellbore, the rotary guide front end drill bit is pushed towards the predetermined trajectory and target to complete the corresponding guiding and stabilizing operations.

3. In a non drilling state, MWD conducts inclination and azimuth measurements and stores information. At the same time, the mud pulse generator transmits the working information of the tool in real-time to the ground, providing data for engineers to master downhole information.


Technology Application: 

1. Mineral mining: In the process of mineral mining, the pilot hole drilling tool of the reverse well drilling machine can be used to drill exploratory holes, ventilation holes, drainage holes, gas discharge holes, and other pilot hole operations

2. Hydraulic engineering: In hydraulic engineering, the pilot hole drilling tool of the reverse well drilling rig can be used to drill exploratory holes, test holes, ventilation holes, and other pilot hole operations
