Key Innovation Points:

This project innovatively developed the first integrated, comprehensive, and full-service shale oil lo'T cloudplatform, which integrates multiple businesses such as production, technology, safety, and operation, and a fiullcycle digital intelligent management module. It marks the first time in the industy to build an industrial controllo'T system based on cloud architecture, promoting shale oil management reform and eficiency improvement througlthe integration of data and intelligence, Intelligent monitoring and analysis technology has tapped into the potentialof data and stimulated high-quality and eficient momentum; The upstream and downstream linkage control ofthe process flow has deepened the underlying logic and interlocking control; By adopting cloud edge collaborativeintelligent closed-loop operation management technology, the organizational structure and management processeshave been optimized.

Main application: The lo'T cloud platform has broad application potential and strong adaptability, andcan be deeply applied in the fields ofoil and gas new energy, refining new materials, engineering technology,and equipment manufacturing.

Technical principle: Advanced technologies such as cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligenceand cloud edge collaboration are adopted to integrate real-time collection, edge computing, closed-loopinterlocking control, intelligent decisionmaking and other functions, forming a comprehensive intelligentmanagement and control platform with production monitoring, multi parameter linkage alarm, intelligendiagnosis and early warning, data intelligent analysis, intelligent comprehensive report and other oil andgas business scenarios. The platfiorm supports a variety of data access protocols and storage formats, haspersonalized customization development and multi system interaction capabilities, and assists users to establisha full life cycle management mode of "process connection, information integration, link supervision, anddata mterconnection”.


Technology Application: 

Changqing Oilfield takes shale oil as an important successor resource for production on a scale of efficiency, carries out in-depth theoretical research, vigorouslyimplements technological research and continuously strengthens management innovation, and has built the first one-million-ton national shale oil developmentdemonstration area in China since it has proved that the geological reserve exceeds one billion tons of shale oil field, wading out a new way of scale-efficient development of unconventional oil and gas resources. In addition, Changqing Oilfield's first full-life-cycle shale oil Internet of Things cloud platform is on line, realizing full business data sharing, autonomous and stable operation of wells, unmanned and smooth operation of field stations, and intelligent and safe operation of pipelines, creating an intelligent oilfield with real-time sensing, intelligent analysis, and automatic control, with a million-ton workforce controlleto less than 200, and a per-capita contribution of 5,000 tons of crude oil production per year, which is the first place of the oilfield in the oil field for the secondconsecutive year. The company ranked first in the oilfield for two consecutive years. In the joint-stock company's 2023 annual benchmarking management rankingof oil extraction plants, the shale oil development branch ranked 3rd among 98 oil extraction units and 1st in Changqing Oilfield.With oil and gas explorationexpanding to wider, deeper and more complex reservoirs, Changqing Oilfield shale oil accelerates the tempo of resource transformation with theoretical andtechnological innovations, and will continue to tackle key technologies such as the efficient development of unconventional resources and break through thelow permeability, It is expected that the production scale will reach 2 million tons by the end of the “14th Five-Year Plan”, and will gradually promote it to the units of Oil Extraction Plant No. 5, Oil Extraction Plant No. 12, Gas Extraction Plant No. 2, and Oil Transmission Plant No. 1 Deep Coal Gas, etc., and gradually forma set of replicable and applicable business models and intelligent construction results.
